Last week, the 127th National Congress of the French Fire and Rescue Services was held in Marseille. This year, the National Federation of French Firefighters (FNSPF) and the association Atraksis co-organised the first edition of the Innovation Award. More than 70 applications were submitted, and only 10 of them were selected to present their innovations in the Startup and Firefighters categories to a jury of professionals.
Archeon had the honour of winning the Innovation Award in the Startup category for the presentation of its innovative solution, EOlife! EOlife is a medical device dedicated to the monitoring of the manual ventilation of adult patients in cardiopulmonary arrest.
This prize was presented to us by the General Controller Grégory Allione, President of the French National Federation of Firemen and Thibaut Reffay, Co-founder of the association Atraksis.
For this first edition, the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region was very successful, as the prize for the Firefighter category was won by our partner, the SDIS25, themselves users of EOlife.
“Beyond the prize, it is a real recognition of our end-users which allows to demonstrate the interest of a technology like EOlife in their care of patients suffering from cardiac arrest.”, says Pierre-Edouard Saillard, Cofounder of the company.
These awards prove the dynamism and innovation emanating from the region and are a real pride for all our teams!
Our teams had the chance to meet and present EOlife to the French President Emmanuel Macron, who was visiting the congress and showed a real interest in Archeon’s disruptive solution for emergency services.
