It is thanks to the head of the scientific section of Paris Fire Brigade that this agreement was made possible.
Dr. Daniel Jost immediately believed in the project and in the interest of such a technology for first aid, which led the Paris Fire Brigade and Archeon to sign a multi-year partnership in order to test EOlife® and optimize its design to fully meet the needs of rescuers in real-life situations.
Since June 11, 2019, the first prototypes were made available at the brigade’s Staff Headquarters to be tested by experienced firefighters for the first stage of product validation.
According to Dr. Jost, “EOlife® fills a significant gap in the management of cardiac arrest.”

Paris Fire Brigade defends a population of 7 million people thanks to the 8,030 men and women spread over the 76 fire and rescue centers in the departments of Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-et-Marne, Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne.
Every year, 522,000 emergency interventions are carried out, of which 81% are rescue to victims and resulting in approximately 28,000 lives saved. These numbers makes Paris Fire Brigade the first elite corps in Europe and the third largest in the world behind Tokyo and New York.
